Shipping

Orders ship within 2–4 working days from small-batch stock. For help with a specific order, reach out via our Contact page.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on any unused item in its original packaging, accompanied by a clear unboxing video that shows the sealed package being opened. Returns will not be accepted without an unboxing video.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags, inserts, and packaging intact. Clearance and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. The customer bears the return shipping cost, which is refunded in the case of a successful return.

This policy does not affect your rights in respect of items that are defective or not as described.

Warranty

Every SNDRY bag is guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. If a fault in materials or making affects the function of your bag, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic ageing, fading, patina, scuffs, scratches or stains that do not affect function.
• Damage from misuse, accident, neglect, improper cleaning or storage, or failure to follow the care instructions.
• Overloading beyond the bag's intended use.
• Damage from alterations or third-party repairs.
• Water damage, or damage to contents.
• Normal wear of consumable elements.

Proof of purchase from SNDRY CLUB or an authorised seller is required. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Liability

SNDRY bags are designed to protect their contents in normal everyday use, but SNDRY CLUB is not liable for damage to cameras, equipment, electronics, or any other items carried in or with the bag, nor for any injury, loss, or consequential damage arising from use of the product.
