Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on any unused item in its original packaging, accompanied by a clear unboxing video that shows the sealed package being opened. Returns will not be accepted without an unboxing video.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags, inserts, and packaging intact. Clearance and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. The customer bears the return shipping cost, which is refunded in the case of a successful return.

This policy does not affect your rights in respect of items that are defective or not as described.
